Refund Policy Summary

Credit Packs: Non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Subscriptions: A full refund can be requested within 7 days if the service has not been used. No refunds for partially used periods.

1. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and credits never expire.

1.2 No-Refund Policy

All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Credit packs are non-refundable once the purchase is completed
  • Credits do not expire and cannot be transferred to another account
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund

Subscriptions only are eligible for refunds

A full refund can be requested within 7 days of the subscription date if the service has not been used.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • A full refund can be requested within 7 days of subscription if the service has not been used
  • No refunds are provided for partially used periods
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Example: If you subscribe to the monthly plan on January 15 and cancel on January 20, you will continue to use the service until February 14 (end of the paid month), and no refund will be issued.

3. Free Plan

The free plan provides one consultation per day and requires no payment, therefore the refund policy does not apply. You can use the free plan without any financial obligation.

4. Cases Ineligible for Refund

No refund can be provided in the following cases:

  • All credit pack purchases - non-refundable
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Misuse of the service or attempted fraud
  • Use of the service after subscription (for subscriptions)
  • More than 7 days have passed since subscription
  • Repeated or bad-faith refund requests
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms violation

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for unused subscriptions within 7 days only), please follow these steps:

Registered email address, subscription date, subscription type, reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days

Receive your refund

The amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5-10 business days
  • Mada: 5-10 business days

Note: Some banks may take additional time to process refunds. All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to new purchases only, not to existing purchases at the time of the change.
